Shipping Damage or Loss

15 days for claims processing and the damaged item(s) to be replaced or refunded. Lost packages require 60 days for claims approval.
UPS/FedEx Shipping Damage. We insure packages shipped through UPS and FedEx. We will file the damage claim for you when we receive email notification. Please ALLOW 30 days for claims processing and the damaged item(s) to be replaced or refunded.
International Shipments. We insure international shipments sent through the US Mail. We will file the damage claim for you when we receive email notification. Please ALLOW 30 days for claims processing and the damaged item(s) to be replaced or refunded. Lost packages require 60-90 days for claims approval due to possible slow delivery and Customs delays.
Our damage policy allows us to offer you the lowest possible shipping rates, while still protecting your purchase.
There is no refund, guarantee or replacement for orders placed with an incorrect delivery address that are lost in delivery.
