International shipping is offered on our shopping cart through the US Mail, also known as USPS (United States Postal Service). Your package will be delivered by your country's Postal Service.

We can also ship by UPS, FedEx or most international carriers at your request, including billing your own account. Just type your shipping preference in the special instructions box at checkout.

Ship Out Time & Notification
If you have paid the international shipping charges, your order will ship out the same day Monday - Friday when received before 3:00pm EST. You will be notified by email when your package is shipped.

Shipping Damage or Lost Packages
All USPS International packages are insured against loss or breakage.
If an item arrives damaged, please save everything including the box and packaging. Email us within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise with the damage details.

The damage claim will be filed when we receive your email notification. Please ALLOW 30 days for claims processing and the damaged item(s) to be replaced or refunded. Lost packages require 60-90 days for claims approval due to possible slow delivery and Customs delays.
